30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at jamesphung88@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
